Whilst washing and grooming your pet it will be given our up most care and attention. We use the latest equipment in our Mobile Grooming Salon and have carefully selected all our grooming and washing products from leading trade suppliers. On completion of our washing and or grooming session, we will discuss the outcome to ensure that we meet your expectations and any advice given regarding your dog’s health problems should be checked out by a vet.
If your dog is in need of de-matting sometimes the best solution is to clip very close to the dogs skin. In this situation, the owner should be aware that irritation may occur from the shaving process and due to matts sometimes being so tight to the skin, the dogs skin may get caught. The owner agrees that The Mobile Dog Groomers shall not be held liable for any after grooming effects of matt clipping procedures or problems ‘uncovered’ on a badly matted neglected coat and shall agree to pay all costs for the grooming of the dog including de-matting, whether or not the groomer is able to complete the job.
Aggressive Dogs or out of control dogs
The Mobile Dog Groomers reserves the right to refuse to groom any pet for the safety of the Groomer and the dog. The owner agrees to inform the groomer prior to grooming, if the dog has bitten or has aggressive tendencies. The owner understands that they will be held liable for all injury caused by their dog.
Missed appointments will incur a fee of 50% of the standard grooming charge. This also applies to cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice given.
